: How do I place an order?
A
: Simply browse our site or use our search engine to locate
the product you wish to purchase, then:
- Add the item(s) you wish to order
to the shopping cart by clicking the "ADD
TO CART" text link or button.
- To order more than one quantity
of the same item, enter the new quantity, then click the
"Update" button..
- Click the "Shop more"button to add
more items.
- When your shopping is complete,
click the "CHECKOUT" button.
- If you are a new customer, you will
need to create your account with Kidsquare. Your information
will be stored in our database when you order the next time.
- For the first-time customers, fill
out the shipping information. Once finished, click the "CONTINUE"
button to go to the next step.
- Select your payment method, either
by credit card payment (secure server) or by check/money
order. Fill out all necessary information. ** Check/money
order payment option is available for residents of US &
Canada only

Q : What are my Payment
Options?
A :
- Credit Cards
Kidsquare accepts Visa and MasterCard. Payment is
100% real-time with takes 1-2 minutes for transaction approval.
Online credit card is taken place at Bank of Asia secure
server. For security reason, we do not store your credit
card information at our secure server.
- Checks and Money Orders
For US & Canada orders, Kidsquare accepts both
personal checks or money orders. You can send your check
or money order payment to our office in California.
* All payments in US dollars only
** We will process your order as soon as your payment arrives.
- Please do not send cash
Kidsquare is not responsible for lost money.
* If you select to pay by credit card,
your transaction approval result will be proceed within few
minutes. Approval result will be reported to you automatically.
*** If you select to pay by check / money order, Kidsquare
staff will contact you via email regarding to your order.
We will give you all information on how to make check or money
order payment.

in Kidsquare are new and original in both packing and
content.

shipping and handling fees?
A : Our S &
H fees is 35Baht for shipping in Thailand only. For Any other

A : Yes.
To order by e-mail simply follow these steps:
- For each item you wish to order,
provide the full name of the product and the listed price
as it appears on our website.
- Write down your name, address, phone
number and email.
- Write your preferred method of payment
( either by credit card or check/money order )
- Please send the above information

expressed about the security of online credit card transactions.
You can be sure that Kidsquare takes all necessary
security measures to protect your credit card information,
and does not release information to any outside organizations.
Here are a few measures we have taken to protect our customers:
Secure Server Technology :
SIPS system use the SSL technology to encrypt the information
you send through our Shopping Cart, so that it cannot be
read in transit. When you input your information, you may
notice that an unbroken key (if you are using Netscape Navigator
3.0 or earlier), or a locked padlock (if you are using Netscape
Communicator 4.0 or later, or Microsoft Internet Explorer)
appears at the left bottom of your browser.

: When can I expect my delivery?
Standard shipping

A : We always endeavor
to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Generally,
US & Canada : orders can be expected to arrive
within 7 - 12 days (Metropolitan areas).
( ** for Non-metropolitan areas, delivery time is approximately
12-20 days )
Some backorder and hard to find items--may require 3-4 days
more.
Europe and Oceania : orders can be expected to arrive
within 7 - 12 days.
Asia : orders can be expected to arrive within 5 -
10 days.

: What's VCD? Is it different from DVD?
A
: VCD is different from DVD. Please note that all VCDs can
be played with VCD, DVD players. It's compatible with world
wide system ( both NTSC and PAL ).

: What is your return policy?
A
: Unopened items can be returned for a full refund if they
are returned to us within 14 days of delivery. You must pay
for the returned shipping and handling charges.
Sorry, opened items can not be returned.
If you receive a damaged or defective
item, please notify us immediately to Store
manager. Damaged/defective items must be returned to us.
We will replace the item and send to you after we receive
the returned product.
Items which not consider as damaged
or defective item.
- Item does not clearly show a video or audio defect.
- Item which is unable to play due to incompatible device.
Lost orders
You can directly email or send 'contact
form' to us regarding to lost orders. This is in case
that the parcel may have been lost in transit ( or takes longer
than 30 days since you place order ). We can track your order
with registration number. Lost orders will be reshipped only
once.
Undeliverable shipment
Usually the parcel will be shipped
back to our office if it cannot be delivered. We will contact
you via provided email and resend the parcel only once without
any charge.
All customers are welcome to email
Kidsquare regarding to orders. We will reply back to
you within 6-12 hours.
